Students prepared for CSI work by using their 5 senses to record their observations of 3 different locations in the school. They used their sense of sight, smell, hearing and touch to write in detail, what they observed. Where they observant enough? Will they be able to use their notes to answer my secret questions about each location?

We are kicking off our Mystery genre unit! We will explore the elements and key factors in mystery stories, at the same time that we explore the Unit of Inquiry about Matter and prepare for the iSTEAM fair... wow busy! In order to explore all these exciting topics, students will complete a variety of " courses" which will give theme the skills to be a; Crime scene investigator, Forensic Scientist, and a Detective.
